Lena is passionately devoted to empowering people in reclaiming their health and sovereignty in mind, body, and spirit. A weaver of science and sacred, she bridges the wisdom of both worlds into a grounded, holistic approach to healing.
With a background in ER and hospice nursing—and nearly a decade of her own healing work with psychedelics in ceremonial settings—Lena has developed the ability to hold space in the darkest, most intense and vulnerable places with compassion, non-judgment, and unwavering steadiness.
These interwoven experiences ignited her fierce advocacy for safety, education, and support in medicine spaces. Out of this devotion, Embodied Integration was born— an immersive coaching program designed to cultivate embodiment, train high-level coaches to deliver unparalleled, integrity-driven support, and revolutionize the standard of care in the ketamine space.
