Lena

Nurse, Coach, Facilitator, and founder of Embodied Integration.

I’ve spent over a decade helping thousands move through fear and limitation — awakening a strength they didn’t know lived within them.

And now I’m here to do the same for you.

With my background in ER and Hospice, and after years of my own personal healing work with psychedelics, I seamlessly transitioned into the ketamine space.

My unique skillset lives at the intersection of nursing, psychedelics, and sacred ceremony.

For the first time, all the pieces of my life made sense-
The ER taught me how to remain steady in chaos.
Hospice taught me how to hold space in fear, death, and the unknown.
Psychedelics taught me how to hold myself through all of it.
But it was ketamine that wove it all together.

When I entered the ketamine space, I saw the gap immediately.

Coaching programs lacked depth. Integration felt surface level- more intellect than lived experience.

So I created what didn’t exist: The training and healing containers I wish I’d had—rooted in safety, ceremony, integrity and authenticity.

What started as a calling has become a revolution.

Today, I lead transformational retreats, certify integration coaches through direct experience, and partner with clinics ready to offer truly aligned support. This isn’t textbook learning. This is a transmission.
This isn’t a service. It’s soul work.
And transformation only happens when awareness becomes embodied.

10 Essential Questions to Ask Your Ketamine Clinic/Guide

This quick guide helps you make an informed, empowered choice for your ketamine experience.

Here is how

I got here

2004
The birth of my son was my first experience of unconditional love. In that moment, something profound awakened in me. I saw everyone as someone's child, worthy of compassion.
2006
A Nurse Practitioner pulled me aside and fiercely urged me to go to nursing school. It was the first time I ever believed I was capable of succeeding at something, and I enrolled in school to become a nurse.
2012
As a nurse, I was witnessing the system from the inside — and what I saw changed everything. I began to see how the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and food industries were deeply entangled in ways that weren’t just failing to support healing — they were actively making people sicker. That realization lit a fire in me. It sparked a relentless devotion to understanding root-cause and what true health actually required.
2015
I became a hospice nurse, and death became my greatest teacher. It taught me how to hold space with compassion, meet people where they were, release judgement, and create safety and stability amidst tremendous fear and uncertainty. Through this, I naturally stepped into the roles of teacher, coach, and trusted guide.
2018
The father of my children had a mental breakdown, spiraling into addiction and psychosis. I was left lost and numb, raising two boys on my own. That breaking point led me to my first Ayahuasca ceremony —
where I awakened to the depth of healing that was possible. In that space, I felt an undeniable knowing rise within me: I was here to walk others through their own deep healing in a similar way.
2020
A traumatic experience in a plant medicine ceremony sent me spiraling into PTSD and panic attacks — with no support. I had to find my own way through. I had to become my own healer.
That experience catalyzed my fierce advocacy and devotion to creating safe, trauma-informed psychedelic spaces — where no one has to navigate it alone.
2022
I was invited to support as a nurse in the ketamine space, and became certified as a coach. I started guiding clients through every stage — from preparation, to administration, to integration — and suddenly, everything I had lived began to come full-circle. I wasn’t just doing the work anymore. I was living my purpose.
